Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 339 0082229 or email us at tabbyofficial.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Items from previous collections cannot be exchanged with new collections
Hassle-Free Exchange Option
We offer two-way exchange delivery across Pakistan for a flat fee of PKR 1000.
Sale Items & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused during delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order on WhatsApp at +92 339 0082229, along with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Store Credit Policy
Tabby does not offer cash or card refunds for returned items.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved:
- A store credit (coupon) equal to the value of the approved returned item will be issued.
- Store credit will be processed within 10–15 business days after the return has been approved.
- Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Payment Security
Tabby does not store or process card details on its servers.
All payments are handled securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
